Project Management Breakthrough
Mastering Objective Driven logic to develop robust project schedule.
Planning, planning, planning, the project manager’s friend and foe. Poorly developed plans aren’t worth the paper they’re written on and too often, plans don’t reflect what your team do or plan to do!
Imagine a process that can be immediately understood and successfully used by the whole team, regardless of how diverse the people, their locations, their departments or the disciplines involved. Plan is based on logic, not opinion or guessing. Wayne will step you through a process that:
- Easily identifies opportunity for parallel tasks and dependencies.
- Asks questions differently and/or those questions that might not be asked at all, or asked too late.
Whilst we know we shouldn’t start executing the project until the plan is complete, we often do.
Join us as Wayne walks you though this process of developing a plan in a way you “may not” have seen before.
