Expanding your Foresight

Project management, for many people, is the "accidental profession." Becoming adept at project management however is far from accidental. The skillful project manager has learnt from repeated experiences to predict project issues and prevent them before they even occur, or before they adversely impact their organisation. They readily see what lies ahead, responding to prevent issues for their projects. In short, they keep themselves and their organisations from getting into trouble.

This course focuses on how to engage in better foresight and be a more "responsive" project manager by predicting where the problem areas may be hiding.
