An informative workshop which will introduce delegates to the PRINCE2 methodology and will give also them an understanding of the accreditation process.

Objectives:
To provide delegates with a basic familiarity with the 2009 version of the PRINCE2 methodology and terminology

Expected Learning Outcomes:
Ability to understand the PRINCE2 method contextually and also to decide if further certification/accreditation is required to support their career goals

Workshop Style:
Instructor led with presentation slides and handouts. Sufficient time will be available for delegates to interact with the facilitator. Discussion of personal case studies.
